If you have allowed an OTC to take place on an investment for a specific deal, you can easily add the change to the allocation management

This ensures that the allocation management is updated and accurate.

πŸ“ How To Log And Track An OTC Trade

  1. Navigate to the Fundraising page for the specific deal you want to log the OTC trade.

  2. Identify the sellers allocation in the overview.

  3. Click on the sellers allocation.

  4. Navigate to the OTC tab in the modal.

  5. Add the buyer's wallet address in the input labeled Recipient investor address.

  6. Specify the amount that has been traded.

  7. Click on the blue button Transfer OTC.

The OTC is now tracked, and the allocation management is updated to reflect the new allocation of the seller, and the buyer.

🧐 How Do I Check If An Allocation Has Been OTC'd?

In the allocation management you have an Events column. If an OTC trade has been performed on an allocation, you will see a label in the Events column that says 1 OTC.

πŸ€“ You can always see which team member logged the OTC transfer and the details of the OTC by clicking on an investor under the Pools tab and looking at the Investor log under Overview in the modal.
