All wallet addresses interacting with the Presail platform are screened against OFAC crypto-specific sanctions to ensure we are not engaging with people and organizations with links to illegal and illicit activities.

Additionally, Presail also conducts on-chain screenings of wallets and transactions of investors that have been identified as high-risk. By uncovering the origin and flow of funds and screening the wallets and transactions against risk areas, we identify if there are grounds for exclusion.

Risk areas that are covered in the wallet and transaction screening include sanctions exposure, money laundering and other types of financial crime, links to terrorism and terrorist groups and activities, and links to other illegal or illicit activities and content.
