Individuals, companies, organizations and entities from the following countries/territories are banned from using the Presail platform:
Iran
Myanmar
North Korea
Russia
Syria
Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia, and Kherson in Ukraine.
The basis of the exclusion list is that these countries and territories are highly exposed to sanctions risk, as well as money laundering and terrorist financing risks.
