When an investor initially connects to your platform, an account is automatically generated. Moving allocations between accounts changes the owner of an allocation.

If an investor has contributed through multiple accounts, and you want to consolidate their allocations in one investor portal, you can move their allocations to the account of their choice.

If an investor's wallet has been compromised or hacked, it is imperative that you move all the investor's allocations to a new account of the investor's choice. Until you move the allocations to a new account, the allocations are still at risk.
