Right now, the only way to remove a specific allocation from a deal's allocation management is by refunding the investor the allocation belongs to. You can find more details on refunding an investor in this article.
In a future update you will be able to adjust allocations to zero. This means the investor will no longer be part of your vesting schedule, but you'll still have a record of their activities within the allocation management in question.
In order to remove an allocation from the allocation management, you have to refund the investor in question.
