With Presail, it is easy to make a pool that is only accessible through a link with a unique URL. There are no restrictions to how many pools you can create, and every pool can have unique min/max allocations, fees, and investment limits.
📤 How To Create A Private Pool [Basic Guide]
1️⃣ Create a new Deal or click on the deal you want to create a private pool in.
2️⃣ Navigate to the Fundraising tab.
3️⃣ Click on the Add pool button.
4️⃣ Choose the Private option. Fill in the min/max and any fees or limits that apply.
5️⃣ The pool is now created and is accessible through the Pool link.
📤 How To Create A Private Pool [Advanced Guide]
Step 1: Click on the Deal you want to create a Private pool in or create a new deal.
Step 2: Navigate to the Fundraising tab.
Step 3: Click on the "Add pool" button.
Step 4: Choose the Private option. Add the minimum investment requirement and the maximum investment cap in the pool. Add any applicable fees, and decide whether you want the pool to have a fundraising cap. Click Create pool.
Step 5: You can now share the Pool link that has been created for this pool. You can use the shortcut above the pool names or click the Pool link in the fundraising tab. Once the investors click the link, they will be redirected to the contribution page of the deal.
