The OTC marketplace lets you buy off-chain allocations on a secondary marketplace. If you wish to place a buy order for a Post-TGE allocation click here.
Placing A New Buy Order Pre-TGE [Basic Guide]
1️⃣ Log in to the Investor Portal of the platform you invest through.
2️⃣ Navigate to the OTC Tab.
3️⃣ Click the I want to buy button to place an order.
4️⃣ Select the allocation you wish to buy, input the allocation amount you wish to buy and the amount you wish to buy it for in USD. Click Complete listing.
5️⃣ Wait for your buy order to be picked up by an investor, afterwards a platform administrator will have to Approve your buy order.
6️⃣ You can track the status of your trade in the Current Orders tab.
7️⃣ Once your buy order is approved, click the Pay button.
8️⃣ Choose the Chain and Currency, and Approve the TX in your wallet.
9️⃣ Click the Approve & Proceed to payment button followed by clicking Pay, and confirm the TX in your wallet.
9️⃣ The trade is now Complete. You can see the allocation in your portfolio.
🛒 Placing A New Buy Order Pre-TGE [Advanced Guide]
Step 1: Log in to the Investor Portal on the domain of the platform you invest through. If you are uncertain of the domain URL, contact your platform manager.
Step 2: Navigate to the OTC tab. Then click the I want to buy button top right.
Step 3: Select the Deal of the allocation you want to buy.
Step 4: Choose the Allocation amount you want to buy (In USD).
Step 5: Choose the Price you want to buy the allocation for (In USD).
Step 6: Click the Complete listing button. Your want to buy order is now listed on the OTC market and able to be managed through your Current orders tab.
Step 7: After an investor has accepted your buy order you'll have to wait for a platform administrator to Approve your buy order. This step can only be done by admins. Once the trade then has been approved, you can proceed to pay for the allocation.
Step 8: You can track the Status of your trade in the Current Orders tab. Once the OTC trade has been approved, the status will be updated. You'll receive an email confirmation that lets you know that you can finalize the OTC trade.
Step 9: Once your buy order is approved, click the Pay button.
Step 10: Choose the Chain and Currency you want to pay with. Ensure you have sufficient funds in your wallet to pay for the trade and the gas fee and click Approve.
Step 11: Set the spending cap to Default in your wallet, and click Next.
Step 12: Click the Approve button in your wallet. Continue by clicking Proceed to payment in the module.
Step 13: To complete the payment, first click Pay, then click Confirm in your wallet.
Step 14: The trade is now Complete. You can see the allocation in your portfolio. The trade will be logged in the History tab of the deal, and the History tab in the OTC marketplace. You also get a receipt in your Email that confirms the OTC trade is done.
