The OTC Marketplace allows investors to list, buy and sell their off-chain allocations in a secondary marketplace inside your platform. Investors can buy or sell their allocations to other individuals prior to the listing of a token (Pre-TGE).

We have created several guides to showcase how the OTC marketplace works:

How To Activate The OTC Marketplace [Basic Guide]

1️⃣ Navigate to the OTC tab.

2️⃣ Scroll down and define your Escrow Fee and EVM Escrow Wallet (to receive fees).
3️⃣ Click the toggle button under OTC Settings in the settings tab, and click Save.

4️⃣ Navigate to the Deals tab.
5️⃣ Click on the Deal you want to enable OTC trading for.

6️⃣ Click the grayed out toggle button to enable OTC trades for that deal.
