The OTC Marketplace allows investors to list, buy and sell their off-chain allocations in a secondary marketplace inside your platform. Investors can buy or sell their allocations to other individuals prior to the listing of a token (Pre-TGE).

How To Activate The OTC Marketplace [Basic Guide]
1️⃣ Navigate to the OTC tab.
2️⃣ Scroll down and define your Escrow Fee and EVM Escrow Wallet (to receive fees).
3️⃣ Click the toggle button under OTC Settings in the settings tab, and click Save.
4️⃣ Navigate to the Deals tab.
5️⃣ Click on the Deal you want to enable OTC trading for.
6️⃣ Click the grayed out toggle button to enable OTC trades for that deal.
How To Activate The OTC Marketplace [Advanced Guide]
Step 1: Navigate to the OTC tab, and click on Settings.
Step 2: Define the Escrow Fee of your choice, which is the percentage you want to charge for OTC trades. The escrow fee you choose will be added to the OTC service fee of 2.5%. All fees are paid by the Buyer in the OTC trade.
Step 3: Define the EVM Escrow Wallet of your choice. This is the EVM wallet address all your escrow-fees are sent to. Escrow fees are sent automatically when an OTC trade is complete.
Step 4: To enable click the blue button under OTC Settings in the settings tab, and click Save.
Step 5: Navigate to the Deals tab.
Step 6: Click on the Deal you want to enable OTC trading for.
Step 7: Click the grayed out OTC button to enable OTC trades for that deal.
Step 8: Your investors will now be able to list their allocations in this deal through the OTC tab in their individual Investor Portal.
